Terms of Use
The rules for using this website and the apps we publish.
Who you are dealing with
This website and the apps listed on it are published by Graviti ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@graviti.inc.
Using our apps
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our apps on devices you own or control, for as long as you comply with these terms and with Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement, which also applies to anything you download from the App Store.
Please don't reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense our apps, use them to break the law, or attempt to disrupt the services behind them.
Your content
What you create in our apps is yours. You keep every right in it. You grant us only the narrow permission we need to store, process and sync it in order to run the app for you — nothing more, and nothing that survives your deletion of it.
Availability
We work hard to keep things running, but we don't promise uninterrupted service. Features may change, and an app may eventually be retired — if that happens, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
Liability
Our apps are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will say so on this page and, where it affects an app you use, in the app.
